I am a South Asian diasporic queer and nonbinary therapist, coach, and artist.
My work is grounded in decades of work in direct service and movement spaces dedicated to ending gender based violence and forwarding (anti-racist) gender liberation. I have personal and professional experience with therapy, and I’m trained in AEDP, IFS, Touch Work for Trauma (SE), the S.T.A.I.R method, and generative somatics.
I enjoy spending time with loved ones; nerding out on special interests; drawing; writing; and lifting heavy weights.
