Namaste! I am Rev. Deb (she/her). You are not alone. My holistic, solution-focused psychotherapy and coaching practice is online and the first session with me is always free of charge. I am on your side. I am wholly committed to showing up for you and being a presence of support and caring. I will hold you in reassurance and warmth while we address anxiety, feeling stuck, sadness, worry, depression, trauma, isolation, grief, relationship or family issues, boundaries, toxic people/situations, sex and sexuality questions, career, finances, patterns and habits, or other topics that feel most present for you. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mind-Body Therapies, Life Coaching, Relationship Counseling, Psychodynamic, Trauma Therapy, Grief Counseling, and more. When appropriate, I incorporate Spiritual (but not religious) Counseling by incorporating global wisdom paths, traditions, and philosophies that affirm the sacredness, holiness, and inherent goodness of Kink, BDSM, Leather, Fetish, Poly, CNM/ENM, LGB, Transgender, Queer and Genderqueer identities, Sex Workers, Alt Relationships, and diverse Chosen Family and Alt kinship constellations and more.

I hold a Masters degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work; a Doctorate in Ministry in Pastoral Counseling (specializing in the spiritual counseling needs of people in Alt Relationships) from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion; am an ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister from One Spirit Seminary where I teach theology courses on Sex, Sexuality, and Gender; am the founder and facilitator of the OSLA Alt Faith Collective, an affinity group for spiritual leaders who identify as Alt or are Alt-questioning (https://www.1spirit.org/affinity-groups/alt-faith); and am the Spiritual Director of PrideMinistry (prideministry.com).
