I can conduct therapy sessions in English and Spanish. I have vast experience working with people who are challenged by depression and/or anxiety and people who have a history of self-harm and suicidal ideation. I have experience working with clients in overcoming sexual abuse/intimate partner violence, intergenerational and racial trauma. My style comes down to working through the lens of somatic psychotherapy, acknowledging the mind and body connection and holding stress in the body. As a first generation Mexican, I am passionate in supporting BIPOC folks and folks form immigrant families. I have an extensive background in working with folks who have problematic sexual behavior and people who would like to address their unhealthy relationship with alcohol and drugs.
