I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of psychological trauma. I offer individual psychotherapy to adults and older adolescents, as well as couples and group therapy. I’ve worked with the Institute for Advanced Medicine at Mount Sinai since 2014, where I provide mental health services in a LGBTQ+ outpatient clinic, with a particular focus on patients with HIV/AIDS and members of the transgender community. I maintain a small private practice on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and I’m the Co-Founder of Mind Matters Psychology Group.
My style as a therapist is collaborative, interactive, empathic, and non-judgmental. I view psychotherapy as a vehicle for growth and change, and as a process that must be tailored to each individual’s needs and unique identity.
