Danielle Berg

Psychotherapist
Anxiety/Depression/LGBTQ+/Ace-Spec
LMHC, MFA

Here’s what working together might look like: We take time to build comfort with each other so that you can share vulnerably knowing you won’t be judged. I’ll offer empathy and encourage you to identify your physical sensations, emotions, and needs. I’ll also ask where in your life you’d like to make changes. Our work together will be collaborative—you’ll drive and I’ll be an attentive, caring passenger who will ask questions and give honest feedback.

I’m passionate about supporting queer & GNC people, especially in the current moment we’re facing. I identify as ace and queer.

Areas of experience: anxiety, depression, perfectionism, OCD, people-pleasing/boundaries, self-acceptance, self-compassion.

Tools/lenses I use in session: psychodynamic therapy, parts work, ACT, ERP, mindfulness.

I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare UHC, and Northwell.
