My work centers abuse recovery, relationship dynamics, and the intersection of trauma and spirituality. I work with people untangling complex attachment patterns, power dynamics, shame, and the impact of emotional, physical, or sexual abuse. Relationships—romantic, sexual, familial, spiritual—are often at the heart of what we explore.
My approach blends Jungian depth psychology with somatics, dreamwork, and Jungian-based tarot as a tool for symbolic exploration. I’m a Reiki Master, registered yoga teacher, and trained herbalist, and I integrate nervous system awareness and body-based practices when helpful. Therapy with me is insight-oriented but grounded—focused on helping you understand your patterns, reconnect to your intuition, and build relationships and a life that feel aligned.
I work with insurance that accepts OON/Superbills and I also work with most victims compensation programs; I accept FSA.
