I believe that therapy can be a space to unravel what feels stuck so that you can connect with a deeper sense of meaning and aliveness. My integrative somatic approach focuses on bringing you out of your thoughts and back into relationship with your body. I welcome all explorations of spirituality and identity, and I’m passionate about supporting the queer community. In particular, I’m interested in reflecting on generational cycles tied to gender and sexuality. I am intentional about working from an anti-oppressive lens, and I adopt trauma-informed approaches to center your sense of safety. I’m particularly passionate about supporting individuals and couples who are seeking support with emotional regulation when dating and exploring new relationships.
