As a queer latinx woman of color, I aim to co-create culturally affirming spaces for Queer & Trans, Black Indigenous People of Color and first generation college students who may have not had access to a BIPOC mental health therapist. I developed a particular niche for the past several years working with professionals of color who experience anxiety and perfectionism anticipating major life transitions as a result of trauma, oppression and intercultural life experiences. I am also highly attuned to supporting adult children of dysfunctional families (ACA) who identify as intuitive, creative and self critical. I am a certified IFS Level 1 Therapist with experience in somatic, cognitive and narrative modalities.
