Psychotherapist
LGBTQIA+/BIPOC/Psychoanalytic
LMHC

I view therapy as a collaborative process aimed at facilitating emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal shifts in clients. To achieve this, I believe that trust and vulnerability are extremely important, and I place a large emphasis on the relationship between us. It is my goal for us to have a relationship in which you feel comfortable disclosing some of your most intimate feelings and trusting that I will be able to support and guide you through the therapeutic process. No topic is too big or too small, and my hope is that you can feel comfortable discussing anything with me. As a psychoanalytic therapist, I value complexity and open-mindedness. Therapy is a huge step towards better understanding yourself and the world around you, and I am eager to move through this process with you.
