I believe growth happens through relationships; within ourselves, with one another, and in community. My background in embodied and artistic practices shapes how I understand healing: as something that moves through the body, unfolds in connection, and takes the time it needs. I trust that each of us carries an innate capacity to heal, and that even painful experiences can hold threads of possibility.
I hold deep respect for the ways culture, identity, and power shape our inner worlds. I’m committed to creating a space that is LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, and grounded in a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective. I love working with queer and gender-expansive clients, and I also feel especially called to support people navigating body-image concerns and disordered-eating patterns.
