I approach therapy with compassion, care, and dedication and work with people on shame, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, addictive behaviors, depression, and anxiety. I work with adults and couples and have extensive experience working with gay men. I also have experience working with trans people, and I write letters of support for surgery. My treatment orientation incorporates training in Gestalt Therapy, Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy (a movement-based approach), and Contemplative Psychotherapy from the Nalanda Institute, which integrates mindfulness and Buddhist psychology with contemporary psychotherapy. I am also a Nalanda Institute certified Compassion-Based Resilience Training teacher. Additionally, I provide clinical supervision.
