Currently, I mostly work with complex trauma and LGBTQIA+ folks, using Internal Family Systems (trained in Internal Family Systems (level 1)). During my career, I worked with both individual and group settings, including adults with people living with HIV, veterans, incarcerated people and transgender/gender variant individuals. As a proud bi trans man, I love to work with LGBTQIA communities. I celebrate kinky & poly people and strive to be an imperfect ally to non-binary transpeople and people of color.
I would like to help you find tools/knowledge yourself and parts and of basic neurology to change thoughts, if you choose to. I like to work to give people therapy in a way that feels right but also pushes you to lean into some discomfort.
