Building a collaborative and authentic relationship is central in therapy. Together we will work to understand the interaction of your physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual parts from a place of curiosity, not judgement, in discovering what is working and why. We will savor moments of fun and playfulness in exploring and building on your strengths and will work together in confronting vulnerability, challenge, discomfort, and pain. I share the challenges of having marginalized or fluid identities that continue to fight for acceptance and equality, and I hold space in therapy for growth, anger, grief and celebration. I am an art therapist currently training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and spiritual healing practices.
