Casey Knight is a mental health professional specializing in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety. Since 2018, she has provided compassionate, evidence-based care, with over 1,800 hours of direct experience using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help individuals confront and overcome OCD.
Casey is also a passionate advocate for queer rights and social justice. In 2019, she helped spearhead the creation of a drop-in center for unhoused community members, which continues to serve people in need today. As a queer woman, Casey brings both personal and professional understanding to her work, drawing on her lived experiences navigating OCD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and Somatic Symptom Disorder.
Casey is a parent of 3 adult humans, cats & plants.
