I believe we all carry a multitude of identities and experiences that shape the way we move through the world. It is my intention to understand your unique perspective and welcome all pieces of you in a non-judgmental space. Navigating the world with one or more stigmatized or marginalized identities can be heavy - I offer a welcoming and affirming space for you to shed some of this weight. I partner with you to attend to the sore spots, celebrate your resilience and lean into your growing edges. I believe therapy is a great way to stay in conversation with yourself and build practices that work best for you. Through a relational approach I use metaphor, humor and authenticity to invite in your many layers and nuances. Take what you need, leave what you don't - this is your space.
