I create a collaborative space where clients reauthor their stories and explore new perspectives on meaning and connection. My approach integrates narrative, psychoanalytic, attachment, IFS, and family systems frameworks to understand how relationships, culture, and internal dynamics shape experience. I work with adults and late adolescents around trauma, identity, intimacy, creativity, and sexuality, including gender, non‑monogamy, and HIV/AIDS. Grounded in feminist and anti‑oppression approaches, my work emphasizes curiosity, humility, and social context.
In-Person Covid Protocols/Protections: My office has multiple windows, good airflow, and HEPA air filtration to support a safer in-person therapy environment. I am also comfortable using PPE when needed or requested.
