Hi, I’m Cait — an occupational therapist and health educator with over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent children, adults, and families. I’m the founder of Grow Together Occupational Therapy, a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming practice offering virtual sessions across New York State.
I hold a doctorate in Health Education and work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD and executive function challenges — together we’ll look at the whole picture, including your nervous system and environment, and build routines that hold up and untangle the sensory and emotional layers underneath “procrastination” or “disorganization.” As someone who navigates EF challenges myself, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to this work.
