The correct response to moral injury and burnout is not more resiliency modules. I work with care providers/practitioners* to navigate harm, loss, grief, change, and transitions in our work, so that we can be more fulfilled in our lives. My work focuses on developing environments for re-awakening our creativity, humanity, and capacity to build and grow. I believe people heal people, so I coach in group- and community-based formats. I welcome new clients to join a group after an initial consultation. I have led workshops with social service and health providers across the U.S., including Carilion Clinic, Denver Health Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, Northwell, Oncology Nursing Foundation, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, and Staten Island University Hospital. My work focuses on collective care, transformative justice, and arts-based practices. *I use this term to include all people who provide a service to others: therapists, health care providers, caregivers, care workers, SWers, environmental service workers, doulas, housekeepers, educators, and more.
