Brielle Layden

Lic. Marriage and Family Therapist
LGBTQ+/Kink/Poly/ENM/Anxiety
LMFT

Clients come to me for support with issues related to anxiety, people pleasing, body dysmorphia, family of origin work, trauma, relational conflict, and self-esteem.

In my approach to therapy, I believe that problems do not arise spontaneously, but are instead influenced by the behaviors, opinions, and connections with those around us—even those who are no longer living. My intention is to build honest and trusting relationships with each of my clients so that healthier patterns can be created, and new solutions learned.

I frequently work with transgender, gender non-conforming and nonbinary, and LGBQ+ identified adult individuals. For relational therapy, I see unmarried couples, polycules, and people practicing ENM.
