I treat teens and adults with various presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, panic, perfectionism, OCD, loneliness, and relational conflict. I especially enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community and artists/performers. My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I passionately work with clients to create a judgment-free space that, over time, becomes a haven for discussing intimate or traditionally taboo subjects. I have worked as a crisis counselor on the National Sexual Assault Hotline and work with the NASW to combat antisemitism. My relational and integrative approach combines modalities such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and SFBT. I have specialized training in exposure therapy (Ex/RP) for OCD from the University of Pennsylvania.
