Bo Chen

Psychotherapist
QTPOC/Depression/Anxiety/Integrative
MHC-LP

I see therapy as a space to reconnect with yourself and with the parts of you that may have been silenced, criticized, or pushed aside over time. My role is to listen with care and genuine curiosity, and to walk alongside you as you explore how your experiences, emotions, and relationships shape the way you move through the world. I specializes working with trans and LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC, immigrants, and students, and I’m mindful of how identity, culture, and lived experiences impact mental health. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, Adlerian, and psychodynamic frameworks. I will meet you where you are, and together we’ll find what feels most supportive. I offer sessions both virtually and in person, in English and in Mandarin.

I am in-network with 1199SEIU, Aetna, Affinity Health Plan, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, EmblemHealth, Fidelis, GHI, Healthfirst, etc. Check them out on my webpage!
