I’m Autumn Colón, a therapist intern based in New York providing telehealth counseling for individuals and couples in NY and NJ. My approach is grounded in cultural humility and creating safe open spaces. I support those with mental health challenges and the in-between spaces of transition—helping them explore, understand, and rewrite the stories that shape their lives. With experience facilitating group therapy and SMART Recovery sessions, I integrate narrative, experiential, and art-based techniques to foster connection and resilience. At the heart of my work is a belief that healing begins when our stories are heard, honored, and reimagined into something more authentic and whole.
