I believe therapy is a radical act of self-care—and you don’t need to justify your healing journey to anyone. Everyone deserves the space to show up as their full, authentic self and be truly seen, heard, and supported.

My passion lies in helping people cultivate deeper self-love, build meaningful relationships, and feel a stronger sense of belonging. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ adults and teens, as well as those in or supportive of the sex work community. My practice is affirming, inclusive, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s lived experience.

Drawing from a person-centered, humanistic approach, I also integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT, along with Jungian psychology and trauma-informed care. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—our work together will be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, exploring your identity, or seeking healing from trauma, I’m here to walk beside you with curiosity, care, and unwavering support.

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Imagine 360.
