My background is in working with adult survivors of trauma, LGBTQ+ folks, and individuals struggling with substance use disorders. I am also experienced in working with those experiencing unresolved emotional wounds from childhood, depression, anxiety, difficulty with significant life transitions, sexual and intimacy issues, and relationship conflict. I am a sex-positive, open, kink aware, harm reduction, poly/CNM friendly and sex work-affirming therapist. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for individual and couples, as well as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through Journey Clinical.
