It’s hard to recognize when we need help and coming this far is already a success. It’s my belief that we hold the answers we need within ourselves; sometimes accessing those answers requires a safe space to think out loud. It’s my role to hold that space for you. Together we will explore, reflect on, and challenge the issues that are impacting your life.
I use evidence-based practices to help you understand the interactions between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With a holistic approach, we’ll look at your past experiences in the context of your current life and examine their influence.
I use CBT and EMDR in my work, specializing in Queer, Nonbinary, and Trans adults. I also work with couples in monogamous, consensually non-monogamous, and polyamorous relationships.
I am in-network with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and Oxford.
