The ways in which we live, love, and struggle now are often intimately linked to painful scenes of the past – to the adaptive behaviors and thought patterns that once enabled us to survive these scenes. As a psychodynamic therapist, I work closely and collaboratively with you to uncover how current modes of thinking, feeling, and living are connected to these past experiences. Through this work, we can together open up new ways of being, ones which deliver a greater sense of agency, aliveness, creativity, connection, and security. I specialize in working with queer and trans people, people working through issues of gender, sexuality, and embodiment, and those struggling with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

I am in-network with Anthem, Empire, Aetna, Oxford, and United.
