I am passionate about enacting anti-racist and anti-oppressive principles in my therapy work and believe deeply in disability justice, Health at Every Size, neurodiversity, sex positivity, and queer and trans liberation. I look forward to meeting you wherever you are and centering your expertise in your lived experience, as well as celebrating your internal wisdom and capacity for growth. I have specific experience working with queer and trans people, as well those navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, experiences of fatphobia, and trauma.
