I’m a queer, Black, first generation therapist with an intersectional, feminist and relational approach. I believe in the power of expressing emotions, understanding patterns and exploring deeply held beliefs.
The pressures of everyday life can leave us with a sense of inadequacy and loneliness, hindering our ability to live authentic, fulfilling lives. We might have additional obstacles based on experiences of trauma, marginalized identities or not fitting into the expected boxes based on race, religion, sexuality, culture, among other factors. I’m here to create a safe, collaborative space for you to celebrate, grieve, explore and grow. I integrate an awareness of oppressive systems while maintaining a connection to joy so that therapy itself can be a tool for liberation.
