I am a queer-identified mental health counseling intern whose goal is to help people navigate uncertainty, overcome roadblocks in life, and deepen self-awareness. I believe therapy is a dynamic process, which starts with an open dialogue and a sincere, empathic, and nonjudgmental relationship between therapist and client. Therapy with me will grow into a meaningful exploration of identity, relationships, emotional life, memories, thought patterns, and dreams. I am interested in masculinity, the intersection of identities, lgbtq+ issues, anxiety/depression, OCD, and phobias.
