As a psychotherapist I provide integrative, trauma-informed, and social justice care unique to your needs. I place great emphasis on co-creating an empowering & safe space. I pay close attention to intersectionality and how each unique identity impacts the individual’s self-concept in relation to the world. I believe that you have what is needed to dismantle the existent barriers in your life that may stop you from becoming who you want to be. In our sessions, I will guide you in recovering those existent tools and parts that might have been shadowed by daily struggles and generational trauma.
