I am a licensed mental health counselor who values sincere, empathic attunement above all. As a goal-oriented therapist, we will collaborate on your specific therapy goals to ensure that you are satisfied with your treatment. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) as well as Psychodynamic techniques and interventions. To date, I have spent several years in private practice treating a wide variety of issues. I specialize in relational/dating issues, eating disorders, and career counseling. I am proud to be LGBTQ, Sex Work, CNM, Poly, Kink, and Body Positive affirmative. My ultimate goal is to help you create a life in total alignment with who you really are as we uncover your authentic self.
