Dr. Adi Avivi is a clinical psychologist based in New York City. She is a Certified Group Psychotherapist and an AEDP level 2 clinician. Dr. Avivi is currently a faculty member at the Eastern Group Psychotherapy Society. Dr. Avivi teaches psychology, medical, and social work students, as well as psychiatry residentsץ Dr. Avivi has worked in urban hospitals focusing her clinical work on disenfranchised populations in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. She has participated in panels, led DEI workshops for Group Psychotherapists, and presented at multiple conferences on issues of diversity in clinical practice and in professional settings. Dr. Avivi has worked with companies and organizations on creating psychological safety in teams. She currently has a private practice in NYC.
