I am a therapist who fosters a therapeutic connection with empathy, compassion, and acceptance as guiding principles. I partner with clients and act as a guide to aid them in understanding themselves and their story. Through the idea that we cannot change what has happened to us, but we can change what we do with it, I aim to empower clients to help them overcome the obstacles in the past and present so that they can achieve the goals and desires they have for themselves. I work directly with my clients in the process and will challenge you along the path of growth and change. I use a treatment approach centered around a person-centered, existential approach, and incorporate DBT techniques, mindfulness principles, and narrative reconstruction.
