In my practice, I aim to create a warm, supportive, and contemplative space for self-exploration, to help you bring into awareness and transform patterns that are getting in the way of living a full and satisfying life. By exploring and understanding the underlying causes of suffering, more compassionate relationships with self and others become possible. My training is in feminist relational psychodynamic theory, which teaches that relationships have roots in our histories, yet can be understood through close attention to the present. I specialize in addressing issues relating to sexuality and creativity. I accept a sliding scale and am also happy to assist patients in submitting their claims for out of network reimbursement.
