My intention is to create a safe, open, nonjudgmental therapeutic space for all clients to explore, learn, heal, and be heard, seen, and validated. I have extensive clinical experience working with clients of gender and sexuality identities across the spectrum, including kink and poly communities. I believe that the primary goal of psychotherapy is to develop a deeper understanding of oneself. It is through increased self-awareness that clients gain the freedom to make changes that will allow them to experience more fulfilling lives. My approach to psychotherapy is relational, collaborative, and active. I believe that developing a safe, authentic, trusting therapeutic relationship is key to any growth and healing.
