Therapy can be a place to say things aloud that you have never said before and to think about and reflect on self, relationships, intimacy and sexuality. Through therapy you will be able to increase the alignment between the life you live and a life you want. We will work together to think through life’s challenges, illuminate personal and familial patterns, and teach new skills for dealing with difficulties. I do this work from a healing justice and LGBTQ-affirming perspective with sensitivity to diverse cultures and religious backgrounds. I am curious, kind, playful and strive to create a sanctuary and refuge within the busyness of New York City for deep and thoughtful reflection.
